The issue of contractors shooting into civilian vehicles flared recently when someone posted a video on the Internet of four shootings, reportedly filmed by contractors with the British security firm Aegis and set to Elvis Presley's recording of "Mystery Train."

Aegis and the British government have said that they're investigating the video, which can be found here:
