9:30-11 A.M.: Movement work (running technique, first-step quickness, etc.)
11-NOON: Physical therapy (range of motion, specific strength work, etc.)
NOON-12:30 P.M.: Baseball drills (throwing, field drills, etc.)
12:30-1:30 P.M.: Lunch
1:30-3 P.M.: Lifting (upper body-trunk-lower body combinations)
3-3:30 P.M.: Massage therapy (scar work, muscle work, etc.)
WEDNESDAY AND SATURDAY: Pool workout
