Crabtree Special Police Department charged Kevin McDonald Henderson, 24, with secretly peeping and use of a device to create a photographic image and secretly peeping underneath clothing, according to arrest warrants Monday. As of Monday afternoon, Henderson had not been arrested and booked for the Feb. 15 incident.

The questionable photo shoot ended shortly after a Hudson Belk security guard called police to the store, according to a search warrant. While watching video surveillance, the guard noticed a man walk up behind a female Belk employee and knock over some items. Then, the man leaned down and placed his cell phone under the female employee's skirt as if he were taking a photo.

Police seized the man's Samsung cell phone and searched it for the photographic evidence.

Calls to police were returned by Sandra Geist, marketing director of the Crabtree Valley Mall. Geist declined to elaborate on the charges.
