Stock buys Davis Homes Wholesale

RALEIGH - Stock Building Supply, which provides building materials to contractors in the U.S., bought Davis Homes Wholesale.

The division is the sole supplier of certain building materials to Davis Homes, an Indianapolis builder that reported $19.4 million in sales last year.

The acquisition is Raleigh-based Stock's third in Indiana and adds 47 employees. Stock now operates 288 locations in 33 states.
