North Hills in Raleigh received a merit award for Innovative Design and Development of a New Project from the 30th annual International Design and Development Awards program of the International Council of Shopping Centers. North Hills is owned, managed, developed and leased by Kane Realty Corp. The architect for the project was Carter & Burgess; the graphic designer was FMG Design; the lighting designer was The Lighting Practice; the landscape architect was Mahan Rykiel & Associates and the general contractor was Bovis Lend Lease.
