DURHAM -- SVN Equities of Irvine, Calif., paid Getzville, N.Y.-based Realmark Property Investors $10.9 million for three industrial buildings totaling 212,000 square feet near Research Triangle Park.
The portfolio included two flex buildings totaling 98,000 square feet at 2300 Englert Drive and 4915 Prospectus Drive, which were 88 percent occupied when the transaction closed last month.
The other building, a vacant light manufacturing warehouse at 4900 Prospectus Drive, is the former home of PBM Graphics.
