MORRISVILLE -- A partnership of First Industrial Realty Trust and the California State Teachers' Retirement System sold three industrial buildings to a Connecticut investment company.
Cambridge Hanover of New Canaan, Conn., paid $7.5 million, or about $49 per square foot, for Research Triangle Industrial Center buildings at 409 Airport Blvd., according to Wake County property records filed this month.
The buildings, which were built between 1982 and 1986, total 153,629 square feet and are fully leased. Tenants include Whole Foods, ModusLink and Active Data Services.
