DURHAM -- America's Capital Partners of Miami paid Atlanta-based OA Development $19.2 million for two office buildings on Stirrup Creek Drive. According to Durham records, ACP paid:
* $8.9 million, or $108 per square foot, for TBC Place I, an 82,350-square-foot building at 4021 Stirrup Creek. It is fully occupied.
* $10.3 million, or $109 per square foot, for TBC Place II, a 94,603 office building at 4025 Stirrup Creek. It is 85 percent full.
