If you've seen every episode of HGTV's "House Hunters," "Property Virgins" and "Divine Design," never fear. The channel that offers everything about the house -- from buying one to decorating one, to re-designing it on a dime -- offers some new shows starting this week.

Five new series premiered on New Year's Day, including "Dear Genevieve." The show's host, designer Genevieve Gorder ("Trading Spaces"), answers viewers' questions about home design projects. She gives advice to real people who have fallen out of love with their home, according to HGTV.com. Viewers upload their design issues to the Web site and Gorder provides the answer -- in person. The next show airs at 4:30 p.m. Sunday.

The other new series are "The Unsellables," 10:30 p.m. Fridays; "Desperate to Buy," 10:30 p.m. Wednesdays; "Income Property," 9:30 p.m. Wednesdays; and "The Property Shop," 10:30 p.m. Thursdays.
