closeLike your circus with a little soul? Then head to Alltel Pavilion in Raleigh for the UniverSoul Circus. There are two shows today, 10:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. The circus includes acts from North and South America, Africa, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. New this year is ringmaster Tony Tone, a comedian and impressionist who has opened for various acts including Jamie Foxx and Dave Chappelle.
