TROUBLE SPOT - How long it has been since it was first reported:
7 DAYS - The city of Raleigh removed trash cans at the perimeter of John Winters Park because they had been damaged, but after complaints about trash, they reconsidered. The city will install two new receptacles at the park, Assistant Parks Superintendent Ken Hisler said Friday. It will take four weeks or so for the receptacles to arrive, he said.
