RALEIGH -- N.C. State junior linebacker Stephen Tulloch, a first-team All-ACC performer and the MVP of the Wolfpack's Meineke Car Care Bowl win over South Florida, will forego his senior year to enter the NFL draft, a university spokeswoman confirmed this evening.
Tulloch, who ranked 12th nationally this season in total tackles, was the second Wolfpack player to decide to leave school early for the draft. Junior defensive end Mario Williams, State's career sack leader, announced on Tuesday his plans to go pro.
