In this video, the accuser in the Duke lacrosse case identifies her alleged assailants during a photo lineup on April 4, 2006.

Accuser: He looks like one of the guys who assaulted me sorta.
Sergeant: OK. How, um, how sure are you on this image?
Accuser: He looks just like him without the mustache.
Sergeant: OK, so the person had a mustache?
Accuser: Yes.
Sergeant: Umm, percentage wise, what is the likelihood this is one of the gentlemen who assaulted you?
Accuser: About 90 percent.

Accuser: A hundred percent.
Sergeant: You're a hundred percent sure. OK.
Accuser: Yes.
Sergeant: How did he assault you? Which one was he?
Accuser: He was the one that was standing in front of me ... um ... that made me perform oral sex on him.
Sergeant: OK. What else did he do?
Accuser: That was it.
(Investigator motions to the sergeant to repeat what the accuser said.)
Sergeant: He was the one that was standing in front of her that made her perform oral sex. One hundred percent sure. That would have been image number 7.

Sergeant: What did he do?
Accuser: (Describes two sex acts.)
Sergeant: Was he the first one or the second one to do that?
Accuser: The second one.
Sergeant: Is he the one that strangled you or not?
Accuser: No.
Sergeant: So that is the gentleman that (describes sex act); picture 40.

Sergeant: Who is Bret?
Accuser: One of the guys that assaulted me.
Sergeant: One of the guys that assaulted you? OK.
