Man found dead in truck afire ID'd

DURHAM -- The man whose body was found in a burning truck on the American Tobacco Trail last month has been identified.

The death of Jose Luis Sifuentes Castillo, 41, of Cary is being treated as a homicide.

Sheriff's deputies say the drywall installation business owner was last seen at the Illusions nightclub in Cary early Oct. 16. His charred body was later found in the back seat of his truck. Deputies say Castillo was with Wendell Alomar Cabrera, who is wanted for questioning.
