A friend and I ate at Bogart's on Glenwood South in Raleigh recently. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We shared a dessert that was a Butterscotch Brownie topped with a special Caramel Sauce and ice cream. It was heavenly, rich and gooey and different from a blond brownie. Is there any way Bogart's would share its recipes for the brownie and the sauce?

Fitting right into that mood are Butterscotch Brownies with Caramel Sauce -- as natural a combination, you might say, as Bogey and Bacall.
