Bank robbery suspect sought

— Police are searching for a man they say robbed a bank on Capital Boulevard on Friday morning.

The robbery occurred just before 10 a.m. at First Citizens Bank, according to police.

Witnesses told police a man walked into the bank and handed a note demanding money to a teller. When the teller complied, the suspect fled. The bank employees did not see a weapon, police reported.

Police ask anyone with information about the robbery to call detectives at 890-3555.
