Man charged with embezzlement

— Police charged a Raleigh realty manager Tuesday with taking $68,000 in company funds, court records show.

Mark Kevin Sellers, 49, of 10350 Sugarberry Court, Apt. 207, was charged with one count of felony embezzlement, according to a search warrant filed Tuesday at the Wake County Magistrate's Office.

Police accused Sellers of taking the money from RE/MAX One Realty Co. at 100 Lynn Road sometime between Oct. 5 and Oct. 7, according to court records. Sellers was a closing manager with the company, according to the arrest warrant.

Sellers remained in custody Tuesday at the Wake County jail in lieu of $68,000 bail.
