Library to celebrate its reopening

— The North Regional Library will celebrate its grand reopening at 10 a.m. Saturday.

Special events include crafts for children and presentations by the Carolina Puppet Theater. After the library closes at 7 p.m., adults are invited for an evening talk with Pamela Duncan, author of "Plant Life" and "Moon Women," and Joel McIver, author of "The Price of Forever." Big Celtic Fun will provide music.

The North Regional Library is at 7009 Harps Mill Road.
