The recipes you recently published from Sosta Cafe reminded me that I've been dying to get the recipe for their Curried Chicken Salad. They serve it in a sandwich called the Poulet. Do you think you could get that recipe? - M.A.E., Cary

We enjoy dining at K&S Cafeteria at least three times a week. You can't beat the price for a homestyle meal, and the choices are plentiful. One of our favorites is the Apple Salad, a perfect mix of fruit, nuts, marshmallows and coconut in a "juicy dressing." Can you request the recipe? - J.L., Raleigh
