Three arrested in stabbing, car theft

— Three people were arrested Friday on charges of stabbing and seriously injuring a man while stealing his car.

According to arrest warrants, Paul Leslie Carrol suffered serious injuries Thursday when three people robbed him of his 2007 Chevrolet Impala and personal belongings. The warrants did not indicate where the crime took place.

Raleigh police arrested three people: Carlos Antoine Broadway, 27, with no known address; Erica Jasmine Bridges, 20, of 105-A Buck Jones Road in Raleigh; and Darnell Marquise Johnson, 19, of 7303-1514 Plumleaf Drive in Raleigh.

Each was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, robbery with a dangerous weapon, and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon. They were all being held in the Wake County jail Saturday.
