Three teens charged in shooting of man

— Three people were arrested Monday and charged in connection with a shooting on Cook Road, and investigators continue to search for a fourth suspect.

Charged with attempted murder were James Williams, 18, of South Alston Avenue; and Mario Melvin, 17, and Andre Bond Jr., 18, both of Glenbrook Drive. Bail for each was set at $1 million.

Police are still searching for Rodney Oldham, 18. Police said Oldham frequents the areas of Truman Street and Fayetteville Street near Cook Road.

All four are accused of shooting a 19-year-old while he stood at a bus stop on Cook Road near Tripoli Drive last Tuesday.
