Ho-hum

Your March 29 article "Easley, Rick Hendrick gain from their friendship" was interesting, but I don't see the pertinence of it, particularly since Mike Easley is no longer governor. It looks as if he had some "sweetheart" deals on cars and facilitated Hendrick's racing business by legislation. So isn't that what most politicians do?
