DURHAM — Police say they arrested a man Friday morning after two girls told officers he had exposed himself to them at a school bus stop and tried to coax them into his SUV.
Efrain Noyola Jamie, 35, of Hursey Street was charged with two counts of indecent exposure and two counts of attempted kidnapping.
Police say they responded to a call near Lynn Road and Pleasant Drive before 6:30 a.m. Friday. The girls told police that a man in a green SUV had been exposing himself to them at the bus stop over the last several months. Officers stopped a green Isuzu Rodeo near the bus stop a short time later and arrested Jamie.
He is being held in the Durham County Jail under a $1 million bond.
