In Raleigh this week, we finally got a few names of restaurants and retailers that will fill the billion-dollar expansion at North Hills.

Headlining the list is 131Main, an upscale restaurant with several locations in Charlotte and one opening soon in Asheville. It will be the first restaurant in the 17-story Captrust tower.

131 Main announced plans to build a store in the Brier Creek area in 2007, but the chain owner, Captiva Restaurant Group, opted to open the North Hills store instead, CFO Chris Carlsen said. It is scheduled to open in spring 2010.

Other additions in the new section of North Hills will include:

Bruegger's Bagel Bakery, which will feature an extended menu and extended hours and will open in December.

Harris Teeter, which will open its two-story, 48,200-square-foot store at the end of this year. No word on what will happen to the existing store.

Henry's Fine Italian Gelato, which will open at the end of this year.

Lee Spa Nails, which will open a second North Hills location at the end of this year.

Salon Blu, which will open its third Raleigh location at the end of the year.

In addition, CoolSweats, will open in the existing Lassiter portion of North Hills next to the existing Harris Teeter store in July. CoolSweats sells leisure clothing for women.

In downtown Clayton, the Italian gourmet food store Tre Colori Italian Gourmet Foods & Gifts has opened at 227 E. Main St. The store, which gets its name from the three colors in the Italian flag, sells a variety of products, including cheeses, meats, eggplant and olives. It is open Monday through Saturday.

In Orange County, Hill Country Woodworks has moved. The company, which makes handcrafted hardwood furniture, has left Franklin Street in Chapel Hill and moved to 2113 Old Greensboro Road, just west of Carrboro. That's the facility where the company designs and produces its furniture.

... Also, at University Mall at 201 S. Estes Drive, the accessories boutique Details has moved across the hall to the old Hallmark store, which is more than twice the size of its old store.

In Cary, the Western Wake Farmers Market is open in the Carpenter Village Marketplace at 1226 Morrisville Carpenter Road between N.C. 55 and Davis Drive. The market will be open Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon through November. It will hold a grand opening celebration May 30.

OTHER ITEMS: In Morrisville Square, Manuel Mediterranean Pizza will open next month. The shopping center is off Morrisville Carpenter Road near its intersection with N.C.54. ... In Raleigh, the Harris Teeter at U.S. 1 and New Falls of Neuse Road is scheduled to open May 27. ... Also in Raleigh, Tiffany's Beauty Gestures Salon is open in the Edgewater Place shopping center at Rogers Lane and New Bern Avenue. ... In Four Oaks, consignment shop Cleo's Closet is open at 206 Main St. The store sells clothes to housewares to furniture. It is open to the public Wednesday through Saturday but takes consigners any time by appointment.
