Your best shot

May 18, 2009

Today's Best Shot comes from Alice Armstrong:

The photo is from the play "Demeter and Persephone," performed March 6 by fifth graders at Emerson Waldorf School. On the left is Sebastian Bentley-Dyess as Helios and and on the right is Hudson Schertz as Zeus. The play recounts the Greek myth about the origin of our seasons as Persephone, the goddess of fertility, is fated to spend the winter months underground in Hades.
