Everett Stiles was hired as risk management specialist at Community Bank Services, which offers employee benefits, products, services and an insurance agency to the membership of the N.C. Bankers Association. Stiles will concentrate on the placement of bond, directors and officers liability, and property and casualty insurance coverage.

John Boggs has been named president and chief executive officer of Builders Mutual Insurance Co. in Raleigh, which provides commercial insurance for the residential and commercial construction industries.

Lisa H. Wilson joined Clark Nexsen as a business development coordinator. Clark Nexsen is an architecture, engineering, interior design and planning firm that has offices in Norfolk, Alexandria, Richmond, and Roanoke, Va., Washington, D.C., and Charlotte and Raleigh.

John J. Meier IV joined Wake Internal Medicine as a pediatrician. Meier will practice at the North Raleigh office. Wake Internal Medicine Consultants specializes in the comprehensive care of adults at the West Raleigh office and adults and children at its North Raleigh office.
