RALEIGH — Brandon Daniel Sloan surrendered to police Friday after being charged in Wednesday's shooting on Maple Street.
Sloan, 23, is in custody at the Wake County jail charged with one count of attempted murder and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon.
Victims of the shooting are Rashed Amin Green, 27; Fatima Dar-Salaam Elliott, 29; and Bradley Lamont Patterson, 23. Green was shot in the abdomen and the hand. Elliott was shot in the chest. Patterson was shot in the thigh.
Police identified Sloan as the chief suspect Wednesday and began their search, noting that he drove a 1992 Lexus SC400.
