Cats finish at home

— The Carolina Mudcats will finish their season at Five County Stadium.

The Mudcats, who were off on Wednesday, begin a five-game series against the Mississippi Braves tonight at 7:15 in Zebulon.

The Mudcats have won three straight games, including a doubleheader sweep on Monday in which Carolina pitchers combined to throw a pair of seven-inning shutouts.

The final homestand will feature postgame fireworks displays on Friday night and Sunday night.

The season finale on Monday will begin at 2 p.m.
