Florida State will play Marquette, which upset No. 15 Michigan 79-65 Friday, in Sunday's championship game.
Singleton hit a long-range jumper, and Solomon Alabi had a slam during an 11-0 run that put Florida State ahead 45-32 with 11:39 left to play. Alabi finished with 10 points.
Georgia Tech 85, Mercer 74: Freshmen Derrick Favors and Mfon Udofia each scored 16 points, and host Georgia Tech (4-1) withstood a scare for the second straight year from Mercer (3-3).
James Florence scored a career-high 40 points for Mercer.
Georgia Tech struggled with Mercer last season in Macon, Ga., before forcing overtime and escaping with an 82-76 win.
Campbell 59, North Florida 58: Kyle Vejraska's free throw with 3.1 seconds remaining provided the winning margin as host Campbell (4-1, 1-0 Atlantic Sun) rallied from a 15-point halftime deficit to defeat visiting North Florida (1-4, 0-1).
The Camels have started 4-1 for the first time in 22 years.
Jonathan Rodriguez scored 16 of his game-high 18 points in the second half as the Camels came back from a 31-16 deficit.
St. Augustine's 93, Bluefield State 59: George Degroat scored a season-high 18 points on 8-for-8 shooting to lead five double-figure scorers as St. Augustine's (3-1) ripped Bluefield (2-7) at Charlotte.
The victory was the third straight for the Falcons.
Hayward Fain added 15 points and 12 rebounds, Chris Jordan scored 14 points, Steven Brignol added 11 points, and Nick Chamblee contributed 10 points, seven assists and seven rebounds for St. Aug's.
Campbell 64, North Florida 52: Kate Clloxton posted 16 points and Lauren Yesh recorded her first career double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds to lead host Campbell (4-1, 1-0 Atlantic Sun) past North Florida (1-4, 0-1).
Leading 47-39 with 10:43 left, a Cloxton 3-pointer started Campbell on a 15-4 run over the next eight minutes to give the Lady Camels a 62-43 cushion and their largest lead of the game at 19.
East Carolina 95, Bethune-Cookman 57: Ashley Clarke and Kelly Smith scored 12 points each to lead five Pirates in double figures as host ECU won the opening game of the Lady Pirate Invitational.

Francis Marion 86, St. Augustine's 56: Junior Shannon Singleton-Bates scored a season-high 23 points in 22 minutes as Francis Marion (4-0) forced 49 turnovers with a full-court press as the 22nd-ranked Patriots (4-0) defeated visiting St. Augustine's (2-2).
Keyona Bryant led St. Aug's with 18 points, hitting six of eight shots from the floor.
George Mason 72, N.C. Central 57: Host George Mason (3-2) opened an 11-point halftime lead and cruised past NCCU (0-5).
