FROM STAFF REPORTS

Johnston County residents at high risk of complications from flu can get both seasonal and H1N1 vaccinations Saturday at the health department from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., officials announced this morning.

Vaccines will be offered as long as supplies last during the walk-in clinics.

People in high priority groups include pregnant women, caregivers of infants younger than six months old, health care workers, those with chronic illnesses, and young people up to the age of 24.

The clinic will be held at the Public Health Department at 517 N. Bright Leaf Blvd. in Smithfield. Residents are asked to bring their insurance cards.
