There's a small chance that snow will fall in the Triangle late Saturday, capping off what is expected to be a cold, rainy day.
Forecasters expect a storm to develop off the coast tonight, bringing rain to the Triangle by morning. As the storm heads toward the Northeast, cold air will move in, possibly changing the rain to light snow before it stops Saturday night, according to the National Weather Service.
Little if any accumulation is expected, though it will be cold overnight, with temperatures dipping into the 20s.
