APEX -- Police arrested a 40-year-old man and charged him with several sexual offenses Friday.
Gregory A. Perkins was charged with two counts of first-degree forcible sex offense, two counts of statutory sex offense against a 13-, 14- or 15-year-old, first-degree statutory rape and statutory rape of a 13-, 14- or 15 year-old. He was being held at the Wake County jail in lieu of bond.
