RALEIGH -- Police said that intruders broke into a North Raleigh church and set a small fire inside as police responded to the scene.
Police responded to a break-in at the Korean First Baptist Church at 8905 Ray Rd. just before noon, according to police spokeswoman Laura Hourigan. Police found a small fire set inside; firefighters were called and they put the fire out.
Police are investigating the fire with help from the Wake fire marshal.
