CARY -- An Alamance County man was arrested Monday on charges of second-degree rape and second-degree sexual offense.
The arrest warrant accuses Aziz Ahmed, 40, of 113 Flushing St. in Burlington of forcing the woman who filed the complaint to have sex with him Sept. 26. He posted a $60,000 bond and was released from the Wake County jail Monday.
