KNIGHTDALE -- A convicted child-sex offender faces new criminal charges.
Police arrested Daimon Larenzo King, 43, of 208 Jewel Haven Way in Knightdale on Thursday and accused him of sexual offenses against a child.
Court records show that King was convicted in 1998 of statutory rape.
King is being held at the Wake County jail in lieu of $1.5 million bail.
