Peggy Hinnant Watkins, 75, loving mother and grandmother died Friday. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Watkins and her daughter, Kathy. She loved tending her flowers and her garden.

Funeral service 4 PM Sunday Massey Funeral Home, Zebulon. Burial, Watkins Family Cemetery.

Surviving; her children Tommy Watkins and wife Sandra of Zebulon, Sue Baker and husband Jerry of Zebulon, Lynn Gower and husband Alton of Raleigh, and Ricky Watkins and wife Jennifer of Zebulon; 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Sunday at the funeral home prior to the service beginning at 3 PM.
