About 460 graduates received their degrees during a commencement ceremony today at Meredith College.
"No matter where you are or what you are doing, you know what a Meredith graduate is," said commencement speaker Gretchen Holt Witt, a 1989 Meredith College graduate and public relations executive who founded Cookies for KidsÂ’ Cancer, a nonprofit that raises money for pediatric cancer research.
