Headlines such as "Kagan's stands are hard to predict" are unbelievable. She's a progressive transformationist just like President Barack Obama. Everyone Obama has appointed is liberal/socialist/communist in their views.

Kagan's writings and speeches tell us exactly who she is. She doesn't believe in the Constitution as written. Like Obama, she thinks the Supreme Court hasn't done enough to redistribute income. According to Kagan, the court exists to protect the little guy against evil corporate America. Funny, most of us think the court exists to interpret the Constitution and laws of the United States as written.

Remember the outcry when President George W. Bush nominated Harriet Miers to the court? Her lack of experience forced him to withdraw her nomination. Appointing Kagan to the Supreme Court is indeed parallel to Obama being president with no experience running anything. Like Harriet Miers, her name ought to be a footnote in American history.
