John Anthony Weiss, 82, died on May 11, 2010 at his residence.
John was born in Essex County, NJ to the late Susan Gunther Weiss and Frank J. Weiss. He graduated from Kean College where he received his master’s degree in education administration. He was an educator for over 25 years and a veteran of the United States Navy. John enjoyed singing in local church choirs, was an avid golfer, tennis player and loving father and grandfather.
Survivors include: sons, Todd Weiss and wife, Tracy of Barnegat, NJ, Greg Weiss and wife, Susan of Wake Forest; grandchildren, Tristan and Brooklyn Weiss; and other loving relatives.
A private memorial service to honor his life will be held.
