SELMA — Firefighters battled a late Sunday morning blaze at a church in downtown Selma.
Crews evacuated people from Free Spirit Church on North Pollock Street. No injuries were reported.
But the church, an old three-story building, was engulfed. The Selma Fire Department called for assistance from five other departments.
