A Raleigh woman who is a convicted felon is in the Wake County Jail this morning facing marijuana and firearms charges, according to arrest records.
Missie Louise Lowery, 48, of 1124 Harper Road, was arrested Thursday with more than four pounds of marijuana and a shotgun, arrest warrants state.
Lowery was charged with one count of possession of marijuana with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver, one count of maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for keeping and selling controlled substances and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon, arrest warrants state.
Police said Lowery was using the upper level of the home for selling marijuana.
Lowery's felony conviction dates to 1988 when she pleaded guilty to a drug charge and was sentenced to five years in prison, arrest records show.
Lowery is being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.
