Ralph McDonald Jones, Sr., 82, entered the gates of heaven on Wednesday, May 26, 2010.

The family will receive relatives and friends from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 28, 2010 at Bethany Baptist Church, 3417 Rolesville Road, Wendell, NC 27591, followed by funeral service and burial.

Surviving: Beloved wife, Barbara of Wendell; sons, Ralph Jr. and his wife, Mary Jayne of Raleigh, William Dennis and his wife, Bonnie of Rocky Mount, Edward Alan of Glen Alpine; devoted daughter, Deborah Faye of Clayton; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; baby brother, Ernest Wayne of Raleigh.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Wake County, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607.
