Wake County could lose its second superintendent in a month Wednesday when the New Hanover County school board meets to decide whom to name as its next schools chief.
Donna Hargens, Wake's interim superintendent and chief academic officer, is one of the three finalists for the New Hanover job.
She's meeting with the school board and the public in Wilmington today.
