From staff reports

RALEIGH -- Wake County school officials announced today three changes for public comment signup that will go into effect for Tuesday's school board meeting.

Individuals will only be allowed to sign themselves up to speak. You won't be allowed to sign up other people.

Speakers will no longer have to list their phone number and address on the signup sheet. In addition to your name, you'll only have to list your city or town.

People will be asked to put their voucher seat number on the signup sheet. School officials say it will make it easier for them to find people who may be in an overflow room.

You can still sign up to speak if you don't have a voucher.
