Andrew Turner of Raleigh has earned the highest achievement in Boy Scouting, his Eagle Scout rank.
For his Eagle Scout project, Andrew, a 2010 graduate of Sanderson High School, managed the construction of an information kiosk at Falls Lake.
He is a member of Troop 306 at Grace Community Church and is the son of Drew and Laurie Turner of Raleigh. He attends UNC Wilmington.
