Eamonn Kelly, chef at Trali (10370-109 Moncreiffe Road; 544-4141; www.traliirishpub.com), shares the recipe for the sauce that's featured in an occasional steak special. Kelly serves the sauce over grilled, sliced rib-eye, but notes that it goes great with anything from sirloin to filet.
