RALEIGH -- A Raleigh man has been arrested and charged with embezzling property from GlaxoSmithKline, according to arrest warrants filed in the Wake County Magistrate's Office.

Charles Timothy Boulden, 54, of 1513 Jones Franklin Road is accused of taking $168,682 worth of property while he was employed by Johnson Controls Inc. in Durham.

The warrant says that Boulden had been entrusted to receive the property.

Boulden was being held in the Wake County jail in lieu of $185,000 bail.
