Man killed, two women injured Saturday in Raleigh wreck

Raleigh police identified the 22-year-old man who died Saturday night in a one-car collision on Louisburg Road in North Raleigh.

Louis Canino was the driver of the vehicle traveling northbound on U.S. 401 near Interstate 540 when the car drifted off the side of the road and struck support beams for a road sign. Canino was killed in the wreck.

Two women, both 20, who were passengers in the car, also were injured; one is in critical condition at WakeMed Hospital and the other is in serious condition. Police had not yet released the women's names.
