Just a few years ago, restaurants serving weekend brunch were a rarity in the Triangle. Now, they're popping up all over the place like bubbles in pancake batter on a hot griddle. Even restaurants you might never think of as the sort that would serve brunch are hopping on the bandwagon, offering a refreshing change of pace from the usual eggs Benedict and Belgian waffle.

Last week, I told you about some of those new brunch alternatives. This week, as promised, here are a few more.
