RALEIGH — The Wake County school system has announced when nine public hearings will be held next week on the two newly released student assignment plans.
Hearings will be held Tuesday at Enloe, Millbrook and Athens Drive high schools; Wednesday at Panther Creek High School; and Thursday at Wake Forest-Rolesville, Garner, Sanderson, Cary and Holly Springs high schools.
All nine meetings, one in every school board district, will start at 6 p.m.
The meetings will be led by members of the student assignment task force who developed two new plans. They're taking the public feedback to help finalize the plan that will be presented to the school board in June.
